Welcome 👋🏻 👋🏽 👋🏿 back to The Intentional Organisation Newsletter. This week has been a particularly significant week for me. I have concluded my collaboration with OVS on January 31st and am now taking some time for reflection. I have realised I never took time off between one job and another in the past, so I will make sure to use this time wisely. For sure, I'm taking away a few elements from the experience of this past year, above all with massive gratitude for my team there and new understandings of how change's dynamics are always surprisingly complex.
